What comes on top of the contract

The prices in the tables are the contracts' own. These are not in them, and are the same whichever supplier you choose:

Elavgift: in Bodø there is no VAT, but the elavgift applies in full. Only the tiltakssone (all of Finnmark and seven municipalities in northern Troms) is exempt from elavgift, and that is not the same area as the VAT exemption.
Electricity subsidy (strømstøtte): the state covers 90% of the spot price above 77 øre/kWh excl. VAT, for the first 5,000 kWh a month. It is deducted on the grid bill and applies to every contract type, fixed price included, so it does not change the order in the tables.
Norgespris: 40 øre/kWh (no VAT) for the first 5,000 kWh a month; the price applies until 31 December 2026. An alternative to the subsidy, chosen per metering point.
